Refund policy

  1. In the case of a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 of the Dutch Civil Code), the purchaser has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason.
  2. This period commences at the moment the ordered items have been delivered. Before proceeding with the return, the customer is obliged to notify Atenatura in writing at support@atenatura.com within 14 working days of receipt. If the customer has not notified Atenatura within the 14-day inspection period following receipt that they wish to exercise their statutory right of return, the purchase is final.
  3. During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. He shall unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to assess the nature and characteristics of the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product to the entrepreneur within 28 days of receipt, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
  4. The shipping costs for returning the purchased product are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. The customer must prove that the delivered goods were returned in a timely manner, for example by means of proof of postal delivery. The goods must be returned in their original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used, encumbered, or damaged in any way by the customer, Atenatura reserves the right to charge for depreciation. Subject to the provisions of the previous sentence, Atenatura will arrange for a refund within 7 working days after receipt of the returned product(s) within 14 days after proper receipt of the return shipment or 14 days after proof of return (the contents of the return shipment must be explicitly stated on the shipping receipt). In the event of a return of the entire purchase, the full amount will be refunded to the customer. In the event of a return of only a part of the received purchases, only the purchase value of the returned goods will be refunded. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery will not be reimbursed.
