Its green, vegetal profile reveals notes of freshly cut herbs, artichoke, sage, and tomato leaf. Subtle hints of green almond, green apple, and green banana complete the aromatic experience.

The oil comes in a 500 ml glass bottle featuring hand-crafted artwork inspired by the ancient red-figure pottery discovered around the region where our olive groves are located.
